Terms of Service

Retenr is a SaaS tool that helps gyms and studios:

• Identify member churn risk and prioritize retention actions.
• Manage and convert leads through automated WhatsApp replies (AI Employee).
• Generate personalized messages with artificial intelligence.

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of specific outcomes.

Retenr may send WhatsApp messages on behalf of your gym using your WhatsApp Business number. These messages may be generated by artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining consent from your leads and members to receive communications.
• Complying with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Complying with WhatsApp Business and Meta terms of use.
• Reviewing and overseeing messages sent in automatic mode.

Retenr includes safety mechanisms (message limits, automatic opt-out, human escalations) but does not guarantee that every AI-generated message will be perfect.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Retenr and all lead data managed through the platform.

Retenr does not claim ownership over your data and processes it solely to provide the service.

Retenr acts as a data processor. The customer (the gym/studio) acts as the data controller for members' and leads' personal data.

We process data only under your instructions and only to operate the service (e.g., generating lists, metrics, messages, and automations inside the portal).

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is used abusively, fraudulently, or unlawfully.
