Data format
This page is for the member retention side. Leads don't need file uploads — they arrive automatically via WhatsApp and Instagram.
For leads: just connect your WhatsApp Business. Leads from Instagram, Facebook, and web forms flow into the system automatically.
Retention: member export
Upload CSV or XLSX. One row per member. Keep column names consistent week to week.
Recommended columns
- email — primary identifier
- name — member name
- phone — for WhatsApp (optional)
- last_checkin_date — last check-in
- checkins_30d — check-ins in last 30 days
- membership_status — active / frozen / etc.

Common mistakes
- • Missing or duplicate emails → outcome tracking degrades.
- • Weird CSV separators (use comma or semicolon consistently).
- • Changing column names week to week.
- • Mixed date formats (best: YYYY-MM-DD).
